Dismount Tire Remove tire from wheel	Excellent Demonstrated mastery of task. No assistance needed and all work was performed correctly.	Good Student is able to remove tire from wheel. Student needed assistance with 1 step.	Fair Student is able to remove tire from wheel with moderate assistance. Student displayed exposure to tire machine, but could use more practice.	Unsatifactory Student is not able to remove tire from wheel independently. Student did not practice using tire machine before attempting tire task.
Mount Tire Ability to mount tire on wheel and inflate with proper air pressure.	Excellent Demonstrated mastery of tire task. Tire was mounted correctly and inflated to proper pressure. No assistance was needed.	Good Student is able to mount on wheel. Student needed assistance mounting tire on wheel. Student inflated tire independently.	Fair Student needed moderate assistance to mount tire on wheel and needed assistance inflating tire. Student needs to practice more.	Unsatifactory Student is not able to mount a tire on wheel independently. Student did not practice using tire machine before attempting tire task.
Tire Information Ability to identify tire size information,	Excellent Demonstrated mastery of task. No assistance was needed to identify tire size information.	Good Student is able to identify tire size and tire pressure data, but needed assistance interpreting tire size information.	Fair Student needed assistance identifying tire size, interpreting tire size information and tire pressure data.	Unsatifactory Student did not attempt to complete tire information section.
Follows Shop Safety Rules Student follows safety rules of shop. ie: wears safety glasses, operates equipment safely.	Excellent Student follows all safety rules in the shop and works in a safe manner.	Good Student works safely, needs reminders to keep safety glasses on.	Fair More frequent reminders to keep safety glasses on. Does not always work in a safe manner.	Unsatifactory Student can not work in the shop due to unsafe work habits
Clean -Up Student cleans work area. ie: put away tools and wipe down work area.	Excellent Student cleaned entire work area with no assistance.	Good Student cleaned work area with prompting.	Fair Student attempted to clean work area, but needed to be prompted.	Unsatifactory Student did not attempt put tools away or clean work area.
