Student has a difficult time refraining from being distracted by others or self during and continuously needs redirection to do so.
Fair
Student can refrain from being distracted by others or himself and redirect when prompted 2 or fewer times by an adult during an instructional period.
Good
Student can independently attend to instruction and participate by using eye contact, hand raising, and sharing on topic.
