Character Profile WKST- Direct & Indirect Characterization Students create their own characters following what they know about characterization (direct & indirect) and asses whether their character would get along with the Finches from To Kill a Mockingbird. Creativity and Style	Poor Student put forth little effort or creative thinking in to making their character. Likely many errors in grammar (spelling, punctuation).	Fair Student put forth some amount of effort and creative thinking in to making their character. May have a few errors in grammar (spelling, punctuation).	Good Student put forth a decent amount of effort and creative thinking in to making their character. May have one or two errors in grammar (spelling, punctuation).	Great Student put forth a lot of effort and creative thinking in to making their character. Has no errors in grammar (spelling, punctuation).
Analyzation	Poor Student little or no analysis of character's relationships with/effects on the Finches. If any analysis was present, it was not well-executed.	Fair Student provided an analysis of character's relationships with/effects on the Finches that was only somewhat reasonable.	Good Student provided a decent analysis of character's relationships with/effects on the Finches.	Great Student provided an extremely reasonable analysis of character's relationships with/effects on the Finches.
