Poetry Presentations
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Volume	Poor Volume was too soft. The audience had to concentrate to fully hear the poem.	Fair Volume was a little soft. The audience struggled to hear some words by the reader.	Good Volume was loud enough for the whole audience to hear.
Body Language	Poor Students were away from the front of the room, held their paper in front of their face, and rocked back and forth.	Fair Students stood in front of the room. At times the student would hold their paper in front of their face or move from side to side.	Good Student stood in front of the room, the audience could see their face, stood still, and made audience eye contact.
Pacing	Poor Student's poem were read either too fast or slow. The audience was unable to understand poem.	Fair Student's poem was slightly too fast or slow. The reader could understand most of the poem, but was unable to understand the whole poem.	Good Students read their poem in a clear, moderate pace for the audience to follow and understand.
