Content	Excellent Content is well organized. Topic is discussed thoroughly.	Good Presentation is generally logical. Most information on topic included.	Average Presentation is somewhat illogical and confusing in places. Information on topic lacking.	Poor Poorly organized. Incomplete coverage of topic.
Grammar/Verb use	Excellent Speaker uses correct grammar, word order, spelling and punctuation.	Good Speaker usually uses correct grammar, word order, spelling and punctuation.	Average Speaker makes frequent mistakes with grammar, word order, spelling and punctuation.	Poor Speaker consistently makes errors with grammar, word order, spelling and punctuation.
Comprehensibility and Pronunciation	Excellent Listener can always understand what the writer is trying to communicate. Pronunciation is perfect.	Good Listener can understand most of what the writer is trying to communicate. Pronunciation is nearly perfect with a few errors that don't impact the listener's ability to follow.	Average Listener can understand less than half of what writer is trying to communicate. There are many errors and as a result, the listener's ability to understand is negatively impacted.	Poor Incomprehensible throughout. Most words are pronounced incorrectly. The listener can't follow what is being said.
