Primary footage	Poor Video is unfocsed; not white balanced; incorrectly exposed.	Fair Video is focused but not whitebalnced or properly exposed; shots are shaky and show no creativity.	Good Video is focused and balanced for color and exposure; tripod is used, needs more creativity in shot selection.	Excellent Video is focused, balanced and steady; shots are creative and help support the story's information and emotion.
management	Poor Video is lost after shooting due to loss of tape or not downloading SD card to computer	Fair Video is captured or transferred without handles; no handles recorded on location.	Good Video is captured or transferred with handles, but with out proper labeling	Excellent Video is captured or transferred with handles, labels in place.
