Time Management	Poor-1 Less than 2 problems are answered each journal entry and/or some days are completely blank. Missing Target the Q/Math fluency/# of the day.	2 Attempts to answer problems, but only completes 1-2 answers on a daily basis. Seldomly completes Target the ?/Math fluency/# of the day.	3 3 or more problems are answered on a consistant daily basis. Occasionally completes Target the ?/Math fluency/# of the day.	4 4 or more problems are answered on a consistant daily basis. Mostly completes Target the ?/Math fluency/# of the day.	Great-5 5 or more problems are answered on a consistant daily basis. Completes Target the ?/Math fluency/# of the day.
Neatness	Poor-1 Illegible. Doodling.	2 Words/numbers written on paper but very hard to read. The problems are not numbered. The sections are not labeled.	3 Words/numbers written on a paper, but some parts run together and are hard to distinguish. Sometimes the parts are labeled.	4 Most of the words and numbers are readible. The sections are labeled and flow in a logical manner.	Great-5 Words and numbers are written in a neat handwriting, labeled sections on a daily basis.
Accuracy	Poor-1 Answers are missing and/or always wrong.	2 Seldomly answers the problem correctly.	3 Occasionally misses a problem.	4 Rarely misses a problem.	Great-5 Always answers problem correctly.
Completeness	Poor-1 Journal has missing entries.	2 Has multiple missing entries and/or half-done work on days.	3 Has 1-2 missing and/or half-done entries.	4 Mostly has completed entries for all days present at school.	Great-5 Student shows a complete entry for every day present at school.
