Form on Stacking	Poor Never used the corrrect form. Hands were always on top of cups and had "hard" hands.	Fair Sometimes used the correct form. Hands were often on top of cups and sometimes had "hard" hands.	Good Mostly used the correct form. Hands were sometimes on top of cups and usually had "soft" hands.	Outstanding Always used the correct form. Hands were never on the top of cups and were on the sides. Always had "soft" hands when handling the cups.
Sequence	Poor Never followed the correct sequence.	Fair Sometimes followed the correct sequence. Sometimes started the down stacking in the same order as the up stacking, but not always.	Good Mostly followed the correct sequence and started down stacking in the same order as the up stacking.	Outstanding Always followed the correct sequence and started down stacking in the same order as the up stacking.
Speed Improvement	Poor Never improved on speed.	Fair Sometimes improved on speed.	Good Mostly improved on speed and became faster with practice.	Outstanding Always improved on speed with each practice run.
