The dancer shows confidence on stage and is able to engage the audience completely through their performance. The dancer shows personal style and a fun attitude throughout the performance.

The dancer was unable to demonstrate 16 counts of created choreography
Fair

The dancer was able to perform some choreography that he or she created.
Good

The dancer worked with his or her partner(s) to create 16 counts of choreography. The movement was identical to an animal's movement and was not made original by incorporating the elements of dance. The movements were clear and on the counts.
Excellent

The dancer demonstrated original and creative movements for the designated 16 counts. An animal theme was clearly detected, but used as a starting place rather than ending. The movement was changed using the elements of dance. The dancer's movements were clear and on the counts.
