Performs movments as shown and tries to emulate them as best as possible. Keeps trying even if it is difficult or falls out of pose.

Performs movments as shown and tries to emulate them somewhat or sometimes. Modersately trys even if it is difficult.

Watches teacher and stands still as to aviod participating. Makes minimal effort to hold pose and when falls out or deems it is time to quit.
Actively engaged-10

Engaged

Is Present at all times.
Listens to cues so flow can be kept up.
Is in a postition where the instructor can be easily seen .
Participating

Sometimes is present. Listens to cues moderately; flow is not kept up.
May not be in a postition where the instructor can be easily seen .

Not looking at instructor; is looking at others and around the room. Is not in a position to be able to see properly and makes no effort to do so.

Is not distruptive to others because student is working on breath. Open to trying a new activity.

May be distruptive to others. Mostly open to trying a new activity.

Talking, bothering others. More concerned about what others are doing or if they are being watched.
