Posture/Eye Contact	Poor No eye contact and poor posture.	Fair Little eye contact and posture needs improvement.	Good Maintained good eye contact most of the time.	Excellent Excellent posture and you maintained eye contact with the audience.
Grammar/Word Choice	Poor Poor word choice.	Fair The audience was confused at times.	Good Some of the words you chose could be replaced, but for the most part, your speech was good.
