Page to Stage Assessment 
Students are working in groups to take the most interesting stanza from My Dear Friends and are then required to write a script for that assigned scene. Students will perform the scene to the class in order to better understand Holden's interactions with and reactions to other people.

The group depicts the scenario from the novel accurately and consequently, classmates are able to make accurate and thoughtful judgments on Holden's interactions.
