	Unacceptable 40 pts	Poor 60 pts	Good 80 pts	Perfect 100 pts
Class participation	Unacceptable Worth 10 pts - Student rarely takes an active role in his/her own learning. Student does not participate and rarely shares ideas or asks questions. Displays poor listening skills. Often unprepared and disengaged from class.	Poor Worth 15 pts - Student rarely takes an active role in learning. Rarely shares ideas or asks appropriate questions. Does not contribute regularly to class discussions. Does not listen to classmates or respects others opinions. Needs ocassional reminders to stay on task and complete work.	Good Worth 20 pts -Student takes an active role in their learning. Participates regularly in discussions, volunteers ideas asks questions and defends opinions. Listen respectfully to classmates and teachers.	Perfect Worth 25 pts - Always takes a voluntary thoughtful active role in their own learning. Challenges themselves daily. Demonstrate a genuine desire to learn and share ideas with teacher and clasmates. Initiate discussions.
Motivation	Unacceptable Worth 10 pts - Student is unmotivated and makes no efforts in this class.	Poor Worth 15 pts - Student shows little motivation and makes little efforts in this class.	Good Worth 20 pts - Student shows motivation and is interested in this class.	Perfect Worth 25 pts - Student shows strong motivation and can motivate others too.
Taking notes	Unacceptable Worth 10 pts - Does not take notes or takes unacceptable notes.	Poor Worth 15 pts - Rarely takes notes and/or notes are of poor quality.	Good Worth 20 pts - Takes notes consistently.	Perfect Worth 25 pts - Always takes neat and organized notes.
Reading	Unacceptable Worth 10 pts - Is not interested in reading. Can't focus or concentrate.	Poor Worth 15 pts - Shows little reading skills. Has trouble focusing and/or concentrating.	Good Worth 20 pts - Shows good reading skills. Sometimes has trouble focusing and/or staying concentrated throughout.	Perfect Worth 25 pts - Shows excellent reading skills. Stays focused and concentrated throughout.
