Subject Knowledge	Poor Presenter does not grasp the information and cannot anser questions about the subject.	Fair Presenter is uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions.	Good Presenter is at ease with the informaiton and can answer complex questions.
Presentation Skills	Poor Audience has difficulty following the presentaiton.	Fair Audience grasps some but not all key points of the presentation.	Good Audience can follow presentation. The information is presented in a logical and interesting sequence.
Ability to Engage & Ask Questions	Poor Presenter talks more than they listen to other people's questions and comments. Presenter does not ask open ended quesitons.	Fair Presenter talks about 50% and listens to other people's questions and comments about 50%.	Good Presenter talks less than 50/50 and asks open ended questions.
Eye Contact	Poor Presenter does not make eye contact.	Fair Presenter occasionally uses eye contact.	Good Presenter maintains eye contact most of the time.
