	Incorrect 0 pts	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Answer	Incorrect *Blank--no attempt to answer very sloppy, illegible work	Poor Attempted to answer but answer is incorect	Fair * missing part of the answer * answer is correct but failed to use a complete sentence with proper capitalization and punctuation	Good Super answer written in proper sentence form
QAR	Incorrect Blank--no attempt to answer	Poor Attempted to answer but answer is incorrect	Fair Answer is in the correct category( in the book or in my head)	Good QAR is accurate
Documentation Underlining to show key words in question and to show evidence of answer in text	Incorrect NO underlining in question or in text.	Poor Underlined words in question, however, they are not "key" did not mark the text to show the answer or clues to the answer	Fair Properly underlined "key" words in the questions, however did not underline the text	Good Properly underlined key words in the question AND properly underlined and marked reference in the text
