Reptiles Students will work in groups to make a poster with a picture of and information about a reptile that they chose in class. Groups will then present their information and poster to the class. All about Reptiles

Cooperation	Poor Students did not work well together and work was not accomplished.	Fair Students did not work well together but work was finished.	Good Students worked well together but some students did a little more work that others.	Great Each student pulled his or her own weight and worked well with one another. All taskes were shared equally.
Originality	Poor Students where not specific about type of reptile, for instance: snake, turtle, lizard.	Fair Students chose a popular reptile such as Rattlesnake, Cobra, etc.	Good Students chose a very specific breed of reptile.	Great Students chose a very rare/newly discovered reptile.
Coordination	Poor Information was just written on the poster.	Fair A picture of the reptile was included, and information was just written on the poster.	Good A picture of the reptile was used and information was well organized on the poster.	Great Many pictures were used on the poster and the information was well organized and well written/drawn/typed on the poster. Borders were used and colors were coordinated.
Informative	Poor Reptile was named.	Fair Reptile was named. Reptile habitat was given.	Good Reptile was named. Habitat was given. Food source was named.	Great Reptile was named. Habitat was given. Food source was named. Other interesting information was shared.
Presentation	Poor Students did not present.	Fair Students stood up front and one student read poster to class.	Good Students stood up front and took turns reading poster to class.	Great Students stood up front and took turns speaking to the class about their reptile and all the information they learned about it.
