	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Frisbee Toss	Poor -Cannot toss Frisbee in a flat spin. -No control over direction of frisbee	Fair - Rarely hits target -Rarely shows an accurate release point. -No pivot foot -Doesn't always make sure receiver is ready for the pass	Good -Sets shoulder to target and uses wrist and proper release point to hit target -sets pivot foot -Makes sure receivers are ready for pass	Excellent -Consistently hits target -Has an accurate release point -Ability to lead teammates down the field with passes
Frisbee Catch	Poor -Cannot properly catch a frisbee	Fair -Makes most catches in "pancake" form. -May drop accurate passes	Good -Catches most passes with 1 or 2 hands. -May catch inaccurate passes	Excellent -Consistently catches the Frisbee -Makes difficult receptions look easy
