Did you put any thought into this before you started. Did you ask yourself what do I want to accomplish with interview?

Needs Improvement

Interviewee/er asked basic questions only and had trouble staying focused. No engaging content, interview was forced.
Fair

Interviewer worked from suggested questions, did not put any personal effort into the interview. Interviewee Answers short and non-personal offering little insight into who he/she might be.
Good

Interviewer asked good questions and received some authentic answers however not thorough enough.
Excellent

The interviewer asked thoughtful questions, and followed up with questions that provided insight and understanding as to who the person really was.
Creativity

Did you just use the suggested questions or did you improvise with questions that provided a deeper sense of understanding

Needs Improvement

Interviewer showed no creativity or commitment to the process. Both students produced minimum level work.
Fair

interviewer and interviewee approached it like an exercise. No energy or enthusiasm and very little effort. I had a remote I would've change the channel after the first two minutes.
Good

Interviewer and interviewee created some chemistry between themselves. Interviewer was asking good questions and interviewee was responding as if he/she were really interested.

Interviewer and interviewee comfortable in each other's presence. Good questions, great follow-up questions, answers, and reflection.
Voice

Are you conscious of the voice you are using. Was it monotone, did you put people to sleep?

Needs Improvement

Unable to comprehend much of what was being said by the interviewer or interviewee. Pretty much a waste of time.
Fair

Both students could be heard but at many points not really understood. There was a noticeable strain in their voices and some wavering which damaged the credibility of both participants.
Good

Both students spoke naturally and with good pronunciation. Clearly demonstrated that the voice that is needed for interviews,
Excellent

Student started off strong and continued getting more comfortable with each other and asking better questions and getting substantial answers.
Eye Contact good, bad, or creepy

Good eye contact, bad eye contact, or just plain creepy where did you fall on the scale

Needs Improvement

Both interviewer and interviewee seem to be more interested in looking at something else for instance questions or around the room. No real eye contact.
Fair

There was eye contact. Nothing else just eye contact.
Good

Both students made eye contact with each other and utilized it to their advantage.
Excellent

Both students optimized eye contact and body language. The conversation/interview look effortless and engaging for the people participating.
Pronunciation and clarity

can people understand what you are saying or are you that annoying person nobody really understands

Needs Improvement

That words mispronounced, improper use of language lack of understanding, obviously not knowing the definition of the words they were using. Uninspired and unwatchable.
Fair

Some words were mispronounced but for the most part the conversation was unintelligible and difficult to listen to.
Good

Both students took what they had and used it to their best ability. They adjusted their speech and spoke clearly with good pace.
Excellent

Excellent pronunciation and diction. Students used their voices and the words that were chosen for questions and responses like prize fighters.
