Entree	Poor Did not have all the entree items needed or did not have descriptions for appetizers. Provided at least 1 main course item.	Fair Had all entrees listed but did not have all descriptions.	Good Had at least 2 entrees along with adequate descriptions
Sides	Poor Did not have any sides	Fair Had at least 1 sides with little to no descriptions.	Good Had 2 sides listed. Provided adequate descriptions
Beverages and Dessert	Poor Did not have any drink listed and did not have any dessert.	Fair Had only 1 drink and 1 dessert. Little to no descriptions.	Good Had 2 dessert and a 2 drinks listed with adequate descriptions
Creativity/Effort	Poor There is little to no effort, and menu is not organized, neat or creative. The menu is unattractive.	Fair There is some evidence of effort, menu is organized but not neat or creative or it may be creative, but not neat or organized.	Good Clear evidence of effort put forth. Menu is extremely neat, organized, colorful, and very creative. The menu is very attractive.
Pictures and Research	Poor Did not have a picture of the before ingredients, prep work or after of each dish, entree, drink and dessert. No research.	Fair Had a picture but was not related to the entree , drink , dessert ant or food choice.Limited research on the dish.	Good Picture worked very well for type of entree, drink and dessert chosen and was researched with listed details and citations.
