They are to act, record, and edit for a final product. The students are being graded both individually and as a pair. Pronunciation	Poor Student pronounced 7 or more words incorrectly, with little effort for correction.	Fair Student pronounced 5-6 words incorrectly, with some effort for correction.	Good Student pronounced 3-4 words incorrectly, with some effort for correction.	Excellent Student pronounced 0-2 words incorrectly, with great effort for correction.
Fluency	Poor Student presented a below average demonstration of japanese fluency. Student stumbled over words and missed or confused lines multiple times. Student had to use note-cards for lines.	Fair Student presented an average demonstration of Japanese fluency. Student stumbled over words and missed or confused lines more than 3 times. Student had to use note-cards for lines often.	Good Student presented an average demonstration of Japanese fluency. Student stumbled over words at times and confused lines two or less times. Student had to use note cards for lines often.	Excellent Student presented an average to above average performance. Student had few to no issues with fluency.
Props	Poor Students used 0-1 props in their skit and/or props did not contribute to the performance.	Fair Students used 2 props and most contributed to the understanding of the performance.	Good Students used 3-4 props and most contributed to the understanding of the performance.	Excellent Students used 5 or more props and all contributed to the performance making the skit very entertaining.
Effort and Attitude	Poor The student put little to no effort into the skit and the group grade suffered because of attitude.	Fair The student could have done more to contribute and/or was not showing enthusiasm.	Good The student could have done more to contribute and/or, however was showing enthusiasm.	Excellent The student was excited and ready to present. The group benefited from this member.
Creativity	Poor The students presented little creativity in their skit.Students worked together poorly, skit was late, preparation was unorganized, and/or took away from the overall quality of the work	Fair The student's presentation was a little creative, room for improvement.<BR> Students worked together , skit was on time, preparation was unorganized, and/or took away from the overall quality of the work	Good The student's presentation was creative and unique, however had room for improvement.<BR> Students worked together with little or no problems, skit was on time, and/or organization was lacking but acceptable.	Excellent The student's work was very creative and unique!
Participation	Poor Did not work well within his/her pair, and did not bring ideas to his/her pair.	Fair Not both of the pair equally participated according to the task.	Good Both of the pair fully participated, however, there's room for improvement.	Excellent Both of the pair fully participated and brought ideas to their group.
Quality of the recording	Poor The scenes were recorded with irrelevant background, not used tripod, zooming in and out.	Fair The scenes were recorded with not-so-appropriate background, used tripod, zooming in and out.	Good The scenes were recorded with appropriate background, but not used tripod, zooming in and out.	Excellent The scenes were recorded with appropriate background, used tripod, zooming in and out.
Quality of editing	Poor The final product was either not edited nor had any audio/visual addition.	Fair The final product was edited but there was a lot of room to improve the transition smoothly..	Good The final product was edited into a transition with some room for improvement. appropriate audio/visuals.	Excellent The final product was edited into a smooth transition with appropriate audio/visuals.
