Your essay begins with a question, a bold statement, or with a story.<BR>
You tell your reader what the problem is. The history of your problem is included in this paragraph in a few sentences.<BR>
A clear thesis statement is included.

Your introduction includes a statement of the problem and your solution(s).<BR>
Your introduction is either too brief and incomplete or two long and should be organized into more than one paragraph.

Problem and/ or the solution(s), or thesis are fully not presented.

Conclusion restates the problem, the solution and the benefits of the solution.<BR>
Your conclusion includes a call to action to tell your readers how they can get involved to solve the problem. <BR>
Your conclusion leaves the reader with something to think about.

Conclusion restates the problem and solution(s). Your conclusion does not call to readers to action and/ or does not explain how your solution(s) can have a positive effect.

No clear conclusion, conclusion does not offer a viable solution or call the reader to action.
