What is Work?

Focus on Task	Poor Rarely focusues on the task and what needs to be done. Lets others do the work.	Fair Focuses on the task and what needs to be done some of the time. Other group members must sometimes nag, prod, andremind to keep this person on task.	Good Focuses on the task and what needs to be done most of the time. Other group members can count on this person.	Excellent Consistently stays focuseed on the task and what needs to be done. Very self-directed.
Time-Management	Poor Rarely gets things done in the time allowed. Gropu has to adjust responsibilities because of per use of time by this individual.	Fair Tends to procrastinate, but gets things done within the time frame allowed. Group does not have to many any adjustments to meet the deadline.	Good Usually uses time well throughout the project, but may have procrastinated on one thing.	Excellent Uses time well throughtout the project to ensure things get done within the time allotment.
Quality of Work	Poor Provides work that usually needs to be checked/redone by others to ensure quality.	Fair Provides work that occassionally needs to be checked/redone by others group members to ensure quality.	Good Provides high quality work.	Excellent Provides work of the highest quality.
Working with Others	Poor Rarely listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others. Often is not a good team player.	Fair Often listens to, shares with and supports the efforts of others, but sometimes is not a good team member.	Good Usuall listens to, shares with and supports the efforts of others. Does not cause waves in the group.	Excellent Almost always listens to, shares with and supports the efforts of others. Tries to keep people working well together.
