Performance Assessment

Concert Eb Major Scale	1 Student is not able to play the concert Eb major scale at this time. There were 5 or more mistakes and/or corrections.	2 Student plays the concert Eb major scale. It may/may not have been in All Aroostook style. It was mostly smooth with 3-4 mistakes and/or corrections.	3 Student plays the concert Eb major scale. It may/may not have been in All Aroostook style. It was mostly smooth with 1-2 mistakes and/or corrections.	4 Student plays the concert Eb major scale accurately. It is played in All Aroostook style. There were no mistakes and it was smooth and steady throughout.
Garage Band/iTunes	1 Student may/may not have recorded the concert Eb major scale. It was not submitted. A zero was entered into the grade book.	2 Student recorded the concert Eb major scale into Garage Band. The first time it was submitted it was not sent in the correct format. This was not resubmitted OR it was corrected and resubmitted after the October 23rd, 2014 due date.	3 Student recorded the Concert Eb major scale into Garage Band and may have hared it with iTUnes but the incorrect format was sent to me.	4 Student recorded the Concert Eb major scale into Garage Band, shared it with iTunes and then emailed the iTunes file to me for scoring. It was submitted in the correct format the first time that it was received.
