Poor Seldom uses fingerpads to dribble the ball.<BR> Dribbles with head down, looking at the ball.<BR> Doesn't bend knees.<BR> Dribbles ball above waist height.<BR> Doesn't stagger feet. Doesn't dribble ball at side.	Fair Occasionally uses fingerpads to dribble the ball.<BR> Occasionally looks up while dribbling.<BR> Knees occasionally bent, but often stands up.<BR> Occasionally keeps dribble below waist height.<BR> Occasionally staggers feet. Occasionally dribbles ball to the side.	Good Consistently uses fingerpads to dribble the ball.<BR> Consistently looks up and around while dribbling a ball.<BR> Knees are consistently bent.<BR> Consistently dribbles ball below waist height.<BR> Consistently staggers feet.
