Individual Performance Rubric
This rubric is designed to assess an individual's performance during a group project. Each student in the group must fill out a rubric for each of the other students that he or she worked with. The student will anonymously hand in the rubrics to the teacher so that the teacher can assess the individual performance of each student.

Cooperative and productive. Took a proactive approach to completing the assignement. Had a positive attitude.
Excellent
Highly cooperative and worked extremely well with other group members. Was a positive influence to group work.
Performed Individual Task
Beginning
Failed to complete individual assignments, forcing others to complete incomplete portions.
Developing
Completed some individual assignments. Did not complete fully, or did complete fully but not high quality work.
Satisfactory
Completed most individually assigned tasks. Or did complete fully, but some of the work was of fair quality.
Excellent
Completed all individual assignements and the individual tasks were of high quality.
Listened to Others / Communication
Beginning
Lacked acceptable communication skills. Did not listen to what others had to say. Did not work well in group.
Developing
Communication was fair, but could have been better. Worked generally well with others. A few instances of miscommunications.
Satisfactory
Communication was good. Worked well with others.
Excellent
Excellent communication. Communication helped move the group in a forward direction. Worked very well with others.
Enthusiasm
Beginning
Lacked enthusiasm. No motivation.
Developing
Moderately enthusiastic. Generally motivated.

Entusiastic. Motivated.

Very Enthusiastic. Very motivated.
