Precontrol

Forehand: Thumb on top of the frisbee, index finger on the rim, three fingers on the bottom of the frisbee. Wrist and frisbee flat at all time. Meets 1 of the requirements.

Backhand: Thumb on the top of the frisbee, index finger on the inside rim, the frisbee is resting slightly on the middle finger. Wrist and frisbee flat at all time. Meets 1 of the requirements.
Control

Forehand: Thumb on top of the frisbee, index finger on the rim, three fingers on the bottom of the frisbee. Wrist and frisbee flat at all time. Meets 2 requirements.
