Content of Report	Poor Has more than four required elements either missing or done incorrectly.	Fair Has three missing or required elements done incorrectly.	Fine Has two missing or required elements done incorrectly.	Good Has only one missing or required element done incorrect.	Outstanding Has all required elements of report - Introductory paragraph, list of attributes, includes transitional sentencees, paragraph about one leader, concluding paragraph.
