Behavior Knowledge	Poor Student has no concept of proper classroom behavior.	Fair Student has little concept of proper classroom behavior.	Good Student has a good concept of proper classroom behavior.	Excellent Student has complete understanding of proper behavior and what is expected of them.
In The Classroom	Poor Student is being disruptive and not following directions at least 5 times a week.	Fair Student is disruptive or not following directions 3 or 4 times during the week.	Good Student is disruptive or not following directions 1 or 2 times during the week.	Excellent Student is consistently being on task and setting proper classroom behavior.
In The Hallways	Poor Student is running, being loud, and/or other disruptive behavior in the hallways at least 5 times a week.	Fair Student is running, being loud, and/or other disruptive behavior in the hallways 3 or 4 times during the week.	Good Student is running, being loud, and/or other disruptive behavior in the hallways 1 or 2 times during the week.	Excellent Student is consistently following proper behavior in the hallways.
On The Playground	Poor Student is breaking playground rules at least 5 times a week.	Fair Student is breaking playground rules 3 to 4 times during the week.	Good Student is breaking playground rules 1 to 2 times during the week.	Excellent Student is consistently following proper behavior on the playground.
Before School	Poor Student is breaking rules before school begins at least 5 times a week.	Fair Student is breaking rules before school 3 to 4 times during the week.	Good Student is breaking rules before school 1 to 2 times during the week.	Excellent Student is consistently following proper behavior before school begins.
