Content	Excellent Contains costs of all expenses- flight, transportation, hotel, food, sightseeing, others. AND Costs are accurate estimates.	Good Contains costs of all expenses- flight, transportation, hotel, food, sightseeing, others. AND 1-2 inaccuracies in estimates of costs.	Fair Missing one of the following expenses- flight, transportation, hotel, food, sightseeing, others. AND/OR 3-4 inaccuracies in estimates of costs.	Poor Missing 2+ of the following expenses- flight, transportation, hotel, food, sightseeing, others. AND/OR 5+ inaccuracies in estimates of costs.
Ledger Activity	Excellent All activities, lodging, food and travel from itinerary are recorded on the balance of funds.	Good 5/6 of the activities, lodging, food and travel from itinerary are recoreded on the balance of funds.	Fair 2/3 of the activities, lodging, food and travel from itinerary are recorded on the balance of funds.	Poor Less than 2/3 of the activities, lodging, food and travel from itinerary are recoreded on the balance of funds.
Balance	Excellent Balance is completely accurate. AND Total of trip is equal to or less than the $5,000 budget.	Good Balance contains 2-3 inaccuracies.
