A Directory of Ships and Sailing Vessels in The Cay
There are many types of boats and ships mentioned in the opening chapters of The Cay. Teachers often include the names of these vessels in vocabulary lists. A directory illustrating and describing many of these ships would be useful as a resource for students as they begin to read The Cay. This directory may be presented in booklet form, as a folded brochure or pamphlet, or as a power point presentation.
