Timeliness 20 % Assignment is turned on time	Fail Entry was not turned by 8:00 AM, neither in person nor via email (i.e. during an emergency situation)	Average N/A	Excellent Assignment was turned on time or in case of an emergency situation was e-mailed as an attachment by 8:00AM
Documentation 30 % Document appears professional	Fail Document is not legible, and/or contains multiple grammar and spelling errors that make the document difficult to read and understand.	Average Some spelling and/or grammar errors are present. However, document is understandable. Corrections are made using the established protocol. Some fieldwork educators could consider asking student to re-do document.	Excellent Document is clear without errors. One or two corrections may have been done using the established protocol. This document could go as is in a client's chart.
Critical thinking 50 % Sections provide evidence of critical thinking and insight on the topic.	Fail Sections have been answered quickly without evidence of critical thought process.
