Ralleys of at least 4 hits. Lower bounces than minimal level

Ralleys longer than 4 hits. with varying levels of bounces based on speed and spin
Advanced

Ralleys are shorter because of strategic placement of ball based on pace and spin and opponent positon
Consistancy of ralleys

Minimal

Inconsistant hits during raleys
Basic

minimal control of racket and ball contact
Proficient

confidence in racket ball contact (solid contact with the ball majority of time)
Advanced

Consistancy of hits are proficient at contact with control hitting with spin
Racket/Strokes

Minimal

1 stroke/racket grip
Basic

use of 1 grip with minimal use of 2 strokes (fore/back hand)
Proficient

use of more than 1 grip if needed. Minimal comfort with use of forehand and backhand
Advanced

Player has developed proficiency with a favorite stroke overall for the majority of play. Starting to explore different grips for different situations
Pace of ball during ralleys

Minimal

Slow pace

Medium pace

medium pace with varying speeds

fast pace with or without spin

Minimal use of spin
usually back spin

minimal use of spin with the varying use of top spin/back spin
