Not acceptable, Portfolio is dirty and damaged. Assignments are ripped, wrinkled and detached. No name on or in binder.

Acceptable.
Binder appears clean and name on binder for easy identication. Some assignments are in bad condition such as wrinkled, ripped and some are not hole-punched and in their proper place.
Good
Meets expectations.
Portfolio is neat and in great condition, pages arranged correctly. Student was creative with dividers and cover sheet.
