Portfolio Assessment
	Poor 70 pts	Fair 85 pts	Good 95 pts
Organization	Poor Not acceptable. Missing sections , dividers and assignments.	Fair Needs some improvement. Some sections/dividers not in proper sequence according to teacher instruction.	Good Meets expectations. Student has all sections/dividers arranged correctly and in order, according to teacher instructions.
Content	Poor Below Expectations. Binder does not include the mandatory assignments. missing 30% of required assignments needed to grade. Table of contents not kept current. Missing cover sheet.	Fair Acceptable. Student has 89% of the mandatory assignments in the portfolio and in the correct order according to table of contents.	Good Meets expectations. Student has 100% of thel mandatory assignments and portfolio arranged in order according to teacher instruction.
Portfolio Appearance	Poor Not acceptable, Portfolio is dirty and damaged. Assignments are ripped, wrinkled and detached. No name on or in binder.	Fair Acceptable. Binder appears clean and name on binder for easy identication. Some assignments are in bad condition such as wrinkled, ripped and some are not hole-punched and in their proper place.	Good Meets expectations. Portfolio is neat and in great condition, pages arranged correctly. Student was creative with dividers and cover sheet.
