Thermostat.	Poor Student does not check. Thermostat for operation or wiring.	Fair Student checks operation of thermostat. but does not check wiring connections.	Good Student checks the thermostat's operation and all wiring connections. But the thermostat is either crooked or loose mounting..	Excellent Student checks the thermostats operation and all wiring connections and make. sure. The thermostat is mounted securely	Totals. Totals on thermostat.
Evaporator blower.	Poor Student just visually inspects blower & housing.	Fair Student. Checks bearings of motor & capacitor.	Good Student checks bearings of motor & capacitor Pulls and washes blower & housing. But doesn't get something put back right.	Excellent student checks bearings of motor checks capacitor pulls and washes blower & checks operation after reinstallation of blower.	Totals. Totals on Evaporator blower.
Condenser.	Poor Student visually checks condenser for cleanliness. & Checks charge by sight glass.	Fair Student visually checks condenser for cleanliness. Hooks up gages to check charge. Checks wiring & Condenser fan motor bearings.	Good Student visually checks condenser. Hooks up gages. Uses superheat or subcool process to check charge. Checks capacitor. Checks wiring & condenser fan motor bearings.	Excellent Student visually checks condenser. Hooks up gages & uses superheat or subcool process to check charge. Checks capacitor and wiring, Fan motor & bearings, Amp draw of compressor and fan. Wipes down unit.	Totals. Totals on condenser..
