Language Usage	Excellent -Excellent use of vocabulary	Good -Good use of a variety of vocabulary.	Fair -Limited use of vocabulary	Poor -Use of insignificant vocabulary -Speech was too short.
Comprehensabiltiy	Excellent -Able to communicate message very successfully with minimal or no errors in speech and pronunciation.	Good -Able to communicate message successfully with few errors in speech and pronunciation.	Fair - Erros in verb conjugation and pronunciation impede comprehension only minimally.	Poor -Significant errors in verb conjugation and pronunciation make it too difficult to understand.
Presentation	Excellent -Eye contact with audience through out all of the presentation. -Reading from notes was minimal. -Student was very well prepared.	Good -Eye contact with audience through out most of the presentation. -Some reading off notes. -Evidence of sufficient preparation	Fair -Good eye contact with audience and students for some of the presentation. -Consistently reading notes -Extra rehearsal would have improved presentation.
