Dry Manicure

Set up	Excellent Set up manicure Station for both nail prep and enhancement service desired.	Good Set up for only dry Manicure	Fair set up mostly but forgot items required	poor unprepared for dry service
Removal	Excellent Remove ALL polish from natural nails.	Good remove most polish from nails	Fair left some polish on	poor forgot this step
Shape	Excellent Filed natural nail with 240 seasoned, nail file to desired nail shape or trimmed if needed.	Good Filed natural nails to desired shape, used higher grit file but stared from in one direction.	Fair Filed natural nails but used sawing motion and high grit.	poor Didn't perform
Cuticle Care	Excellent Using a alcohol based gel, placed on cuticle line gently push cuticle back and buff away dead tissues. nip if needed.	Good Pushed back cuticle with no product to soften. buffed but left some tissue debris behind	Fair Pushed ineffectively, forgot to buff	poor skipped this step all together.
Cleanse nail plate	Excellent Using alcohol or a cleansing solution, scrubbed all debris of the nail place (sidewall to sidewall) & under free edge is clean.	Good Wiped but left some debris behind	Fair not effective pressure, requiring a a second pass	poor forgot this step before moving on
