Poor Paragraph has so many grammatical and spelling errors it is hard to understand. 0 points	Below Average Paragraph has 3-5 grammatical and spelling errors. .5 points	Average Paragraph has 3-4 grammatical and spelling errors. .75 points	Excellent Response has 0-2 grammatical or spelling errors. 1 point
Content 3 pts The content should be thorough, correct, and related to the question.	Poor Question was not addressed in answer. Did not provide details or answer the question correctly. 0 points	Below Average Question was addressed but not answered sufficiently. Response was too short with no elaboration. Provided no details. Provided a very brief overview, but lack substance. 1.5 points	Average Question was addressed and answered somewhat sufficiently, as sentences were long enough in length but lacked elaboration. 2 points	Excellent Question was answered correctly with details. Sentences provided full details and accurate explanations. Described the full impact of events; demonstrated knowledge of subject/topic. 3 points
