Has at least 4 pictures	Apprentice Fair effort applied to including pictures. Fair use of color and/or detail. 3 pictures or fewer.	Novice Very little effort applied to including pictures. Zero use of color and/or 2 pictures or fewer.
Knowledge	Expert Demonstrates excellent knowledge of all organelles and their functions by making relevent associations.	Practicioner Demonstrates good knowledge of most organelles and their functions by correctly associating most of them .	Apprentice Demonstrates little knowledge of the various organelles and their functions. Unable to relate most organelles in such a way as to make sense.	Novice Demonstrates no knowledge of the various organelles and their functions. Unable to relate a few organelles in such a way as to make sense.
Design	Expert Neat, no scribbles, no visible erasers, uses at least 6 colors, correct paper size, correct brochure format, high measure of creativity, humor, and originality. All organelles present.	Practicioner Some effort shown, proper format, no extra creativity displayed, little color, organelles present but not accurately represented. Most organelle present.	Apprentice Incorrect brochure design, messy, no color, no creativity, little preparation. Few organelles present with functions	Novice Many gaps or holes in design, content and little to no creativity.
