ATTENDANCE	Excellent Student has 100% attendance.	Good Student has been absent one or two times.	Fair Student has been absent three times.	Poor Student has four or more absences in the semester. Zero points for 5+ absences.
PUNCTUALITY	Excellent Student is on time and sitting ready to start class at the beginning of lesson.	Good Student is on time but not ready to start class at beginning of lesson.	Fair Student is on time and is disruptive to other students whom are ready to start class.	Poor Student is late and disrupts class by entering late.
LEVEL OF ENGAGEMENT AND BEHAVIOR	Excellent Student often asks questions, participates in pair/group discussions.	Good Student sometimes asks questions, and participates in pair/group discussions.	Fair Student rarely participates in class, struggles with pair/group discussions.	Poor Student never participates in class, does not participate in pair/group discussions.
PREPARATION	Excellent Student is always prepared for class with assignments and required materials punctually.	Good Student is usually prepared for class with assignments and required materials, possibly attempting to submit some materials late.	Fair Student is frequently unprepared for class with assignments and required materials, possibly attempting to submit some materials late.	Poor Student is almost always unprepared for class with assignments and required materials, possibly attempting to submit some materials late.
