Lacrosse Assessment 
This assessment will be used after the student has learned all of the Lacrosse Lessons and will be used for critiquing the students.

Student is always stepping with correct foot when passing the ball. He/she rotates their hips and snaps the wrists to fling the ball accurately.

Student does not always step with the right foot when passing the ball. He/she forgets to rotate their hips sometimes and has trouble remembering to snap the wrists to fling the ball accurately.

Student can not determine which hand goes where on stick at all. Student consistently can not hold the ball with the lacrosse stick or carton, dropping it over and over.

Student understands and abides by the rules set forth by the teacher usually with few mistakes.

Student does not understand all of the rules set forth by the teacher and makes some mistakes.

Student does not understand the rules set forth by the teacher and constantly has to be reminded.
Sportsmanship/Teamwork

Always

Student uses safe practices, communicates well with his/her teammates and shows great sportsmanship towards others, win or lose.
Usually

Student uses safe practices almost all of the time, communicates with his/her teammates and shows good sportsmanship towards others, win or lose.
Sometimes

Student uses safe practices but must be reminded a couple times, communicates with his/her teammates somewhat, and rarely shows good sportsmanship.
Needs Improvement

Student has to be reminded of safety practices constantly, does not communicate with his/her teammates and sometime shows good sportsmanship.
