Record Weaving Weaving Wonders Students created a weaving project using a record and utilized different yarns, strings, raffia, ribbons and fabric to weave. Plus, bring in a item to weave from home. Understanding of project	Excellent Followed all directions including: wrote name on the back, had an odd number of weft using a sturdy string, create a flat weave.	Good Followed most directions	Fair Followed some directions.	Poor Followed few directioins
Detail/neatness/craftsmanship	Excellent Was it woven tight and paid attention to the details. The weave was flat with no gaps.	Good Was it woven tight and paid attention to the details. The weave was flat with few gaps.	Fair There was numerous gaps. The weave was too tight and began to pile up.	Poor There were lots of gaps and the weave was loose. Not a lot of attention was paid towards neat weft/warp.
Weaving Skill	Excellent Did student patiently weave successfully utilizing all the materials available to them? Were the colors chosen well?	Good The student wove well but did not choose colors that went together.	Fair The student rushed through the weaving but choose colors that went together.	Poor The weave was not pattern was not followed.
Brought in add-on	Excellent The student brought something in from home to add on to the project. (not yarn).	Good The student brought in a little item to add-on.	Fair The student brought in yarn to add on to their weave.	Poor The student did not bring in anything from home to add to the weave.
