Black History Month Biographies
For Black History /Women's History Months, the student is to research a chosen African-American or woman, and then write a 2 page report about the important historical figure. This biography includes information about the person's life, what led them to their chosen career or purpose, what contributions they made to society, interesting or unique facts about the person, and possibly the student's own reflections about the impact that the person and their contributions have on modern times.
