Scriptwriting
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Dialogue	Poor Dialogue is either missing, minimal, or doesn't make sense.	Fair Dialogue is included, but is difficult to distinguish from the rest of the script or is difficult to understand.	Good Script contains dialogue that is easily distinguishable from the rest of the script. Dialogue makes sense and progresses the story.
Stage Directions	Poor Little evidence of stage directions.	Fair Some stage direction is given though, more would make the play easier to perform.	Good Script includes stage directions that are easy to see and follow and they make sense as well as progress the story
Mechanics/Grammar	Poor Script contains many errors in grammar and format that interfere with meaning and make it difficult to follow.	Fair Script contains some errors in grammar and format that do not interfere with meaning.	Good Script is mostly error free and is set up in appropriate "script" format.
Characters/Props	Poor Little attempt to describe characters, setting, props, or costumes.	Fair Script contains a list of characters with little description of their traits. May also me missing or lack detail in descriptions of props, costumes, and setting.	Good Script contains descriptions of characters and recommendations for props, costumes, and settings.
