Usually shows respect for materials, supplies and classroom environment.	Needs Improvement Usually does not follow rules/procedures entering, during or exiting class. Makes little or no effort to improve behaviors. Is sometimes destructive toward materials, supplies and classroom environment.
Group Participation	Excellent Participates willingly during music activities in a positive way.	Satisfactory Usually participates willingly during music activities. May need some reminders/cues to do so.	Needs Improvement Does not participate at all OR does participate only when prompted with verbal or visual cues to do so.
