Character Research	Superior Inference and Evidence Chart was filled out with great detail.	Adequate Inference and Evidence Chart was mostly filled out.	Poor Inference and Evidence Chart barely filled out.
Trial Format	Superior The student understood his or her role and prepared a convincing format for his or her role in the trial itself.	Adequate The student understood his or her role, but did little if any work to prepare for its specificities.	Poor The student was unsure of his or her role in the trial format.
Presentation	Superior The student had an excellent speaking voice and eye contact and stayed in character the entire time, portraying both historical accuracy and depth of character.	Adequate The student spoke when needed; somewhat portrayed a convincing character role or fulfill the depth of his or her character.	Poor The student was inaudible and made little to no eye contact.
Cooperation	Superior The student took a leadership role within the group and helped coordinate with other groups to deliver a great performance.	Adequate The student added to the group and cooperated on a satisfactory level but at times did not had to the group.	Poor The student did not work well with others.
