Poor Behavior
Student wanders around disturbing others. May talk with other students when they are finishing work. Student may make odd noises that disturb other students.
Fair Behavior
Student stays in seat. May talk occassionally.
Stellar Behavior
Student does their best work. They stay on task working quietly, reading and writing as assigned. They rarely bother others. They are focussed.
Staying on Task
Poor Behavior
This student is constantly looking for new books. They go to the bathroom often. They always want to go to the library to renew books that they do not read. Work unfinished.
Fair Behavior
Student focusses 80% of the time. They finish most of their assignments.
Stellar Behavior
Student focusses 95% of the time. The work they produce is stellar. They finish all of their assignments.
Meeting with the group
Poor Behavior
During group time they are discussing other topics. They are not listening or looking at their group members. They have not finished the reading assignment.
Fair Behavior
During group time they stay on topic 80% of the time. They listen and face group members 80% of the time. They usually finish their reading assignments.
Stellar Behavior
During group time, the student is very engaged in the discussion by listening and responding. They complete all of their reading assignments because they are a responsible group member.
Teacher
Poor Behavior
Student frequently interrupts the teacher with concerns other than literacy.
Fair Behavior
Student occassionally interrupts the teacher with concerns regarding literacy.
Stellar Behavior
Student rarely interrupts the teacher with concerns.
