How's my behavior?	Poor 13 or fewer I was asked to leave the classroom or a referral was written.	Fair 14-15 points I lose a card.	Good 16-17 points I got a verbal warning and redirected myself.	Excellent 18-20 points I did not create any probelms or disruptions.
Am I prepared?	Poor 13 or fewer I brought nothing to class AND I was more than 5 minutes late, but less than 10. I arrived past 11:36 or 1:17.	Fair 14-15 points I had to go to my locker AND I was more than 1 minute late, but less than 5. I arrived past 11:31 or 1:12.	Good 16-17 points I was on time AND I had to go to my locker to retrieve materials.	Excellent 18-20 points I had all of my materials. I had all of my HW gathered. I was on time. I had a "ready" attitude.
How's my time management?	Poor 13 or fewer I was not working AND I have 2 or more Fs in other classes AND I have missing assignments.	Fair 14-15 points I worked for 1/2 the class time(45 minutes) AND I have 1 F AND I have missing assignments.	Good 16-17 points I worked 3/4 of the class time (68 minutes) AND I have 2 or more Ds. Good 16-17 points My details were basic and my points were accurate.	Excellent 18-20 points My details are complete and my points were accurate.
