Long Jump Mechanics
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Speed	Poor Arms cross midline of the body. Running style is erratic. Legs do not pump aggressively	Fair Arms do not cross midline. Running style is smooth, but not aggressive.	Good Arms do not cross midline. Running style is aggressive with good knee pump.
Take Off	Poor Plant leg is behind hips. Hips do not drop at take-off. Eyes are looking up or down.	Fair Plant leg is under hips. Hips drop slightly at take off. Eyes look at the horizon.	Good Plant leg is slightly in front of hips. Hips drop slightly at take off. Eyes look at the horizon.
Flight	Poor Not aggressive on take off. No knee drive. No arc.	Fair Good knee drive but no aggression. Good arc.	Good Good knee drive with aggression upon take off. Good arc.
