The student was able to incorporate a vast amount of dialogue throughout his or her writing portion in an effective way. The student understood when to indicate the character that was speaking and knew how to apply the proper use of quotation marks. The student used dialogue to tell the inside and outside story. The student varied dialogue tags throughout the story to show voice.
